All images purchased from In The Frame Photography Ltd are covered by these terms of sale and are in no way allowed to be resold, redistributed, licensed, relicensed or sub-licensed without the express written permission of In The Frame Photography Ltd, or the purchase of a Commercial License from said company.

Digital Downloads are all subject to the Digital License unless an alternative arrangement has been made in writing with In The Frame Photography Ltd.

Physical purchases, including prints, books, photographs, albums, photo-gifts and all other products are for personal intended use only.  They may not be sold, loaned, reproduced, scanned, copied, duplicated, or in any way transferred.  Ownership of the images remains exclusively in the possession of In The Frame Photography Ltd unless otherwise stated in writing from In The Frame Photography Ltd.  Personal use also prevents these items from being used for commercial purposes, and may in no way be used to promote or advertise in any manner from which you would collect fees or non-monitory remuneration.

Pricing

All prices are expressed in GB pound sterling.  Any currency conversion costs or disparities must be paid by the client.  Taxes and shipping costs may be incurred beyond the product price displayed.  The product, its price and availability are all subject to change without notice or approval.   Products, prices and descriptions are not infallible and may contain accidental inaccurate information or pricing errors.  In the event a sale is made with incorrect or mistaken information on the part of either In The Frame Photography Ltd or the buyer, In The Frame Photography Ltd reserves the right to cancel the sale and refund all fees paid.

All payments must be made in full prior to products being created/ordered.

Delivery & Shipping

Delivery and shipping are handled by third parties and as such In The Frame Photography Ltd cannot be held liable for any delays, errors, losses or costs involved with such.  However, it is our goal to have customer orders shipped as soon as possible – the dates of this will vary between products, delivery and departure locations.  We cannot be held liable for delays caused by third parties, unavoidable/unseen events, or acts of nature.

Returns and Refunds

From the moment a download of a digital product is commenced, the buyer loses all rights to returns or refunds.  By starting or accepting a download, the buyer acknowledges that they are unable to return their product, or cancel the order.

Each product created featuring any photographs or personalised depictions are classified as personalised items, and as such are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are damaged or contain errors.

Items which are not personalised, and available to the public at large, may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (less any shipping and handling costs).   These items must be in their original and unopened packaging, featuring no marks or impact from the buyer. Damaged or erroneous items can be replaced or refunded (including shipping costs).

Requests for refunds or returns more than 10 working days from receipt will not be considered.
