The photos are provided as depicted here (minus watermark if purchased in high-resolution/non-web format).  This includes no warranties, either express or implied.

In The Frame Photography Ltd are not liable for any third party claims, nor any incidental, consequential or other damages as a result of the owner exercising the license or buyers use of the license.

All rights for the photographs, including but not limited to title, ownership and copyright, remain with in The Frame Photography Ltd exclusively.

This license is for personal use only.  This allows you to use the images in a non-commercial manner to display on personal computers and websites, or making prints for personal use.  The images may in no way be used to promote or advertise in any manner from which you would collect fees or non-monitory remuneration.  This license may not be resold, relicensed, or sub-licensed without express permission from In The Frame Photography Ltd or the purchase of a commercial license from In The Frame Photography Ltd.

Buyer may not resell, relicense, redistribute without express written permission from the photographer. Use as a derivative work, and reselling or redistributing such derivative work is prohibited. Images may not be used in a pornographic, obscene, illegal, immoral, libellous or defamatory manner. Images may not be incorporated into trademarks, logos, or service marks. Images may not be made available for download.
